I asked my uncle about the fragrance years ago and asked myself - "What is it? Wood and...??".
After some time I got the scent myself and was unsure when to apply it, despite the pleasure. It smells very good, strong, lasts long - but is also somehow intrusive.
In my opinion nothing for the office but great to go out in the winter evenings.
Can I recommend it exactly for the current season as it gives a cosy feeling - which is due to the woody scent and the touch of Oud -.
