...how long have I been searching for THIS scent. I have wandered through countless perfumeries. Douglas in big cities, Douglas in small towns, private perfumeries, etc. always with the information that I love powdery scents that smell of vanilla, tonka bean, almonds, marzipan, whatever. I even brought back an Italian deodorant that I had specially ordered because you can't get it in Germany, and it smells so wonderful like baby powder. I got to smell exclusive French and Italian rare specimens - all fine but nothing that stuck with me. The scent of Annayake Woman was the only one that was somewhat to my liking.
Just by chance, I walked past a Douglas where a saleswoman was just spraying Toni Gard on a test strip for a lady. It must have been fate - because there it was: THE scent. If it were a man and I weren't already married - I would marry it and say: I want a child with you ;-)
