Green Luxury Geranium Toothpaste
I had never heard of Urban Retreat, but I certainly cannot complain about the sample of the fragrance Reverie that was included with the scent purchased here in the forum. It is far too solid, indeed quite good in parts.
I have come to really like this minty scent, even though it may have been a bit too extreme in Geranium Pour Monsieur. But here, a pleasantly fresh, very green mint has been chosen. Or rather, a wonderful geranium that evokes minty thoughts. It is bright, breath-fresh, slightly floral, and definitely unisex. A bit mossy, a bit spicy, and the finest Petitgrain, similar to the dry down of some Creed fragrances, in the finish. I have a very favorable view of the whole concept. A serious office scent that is also not too pretentious to lose its all-rounder qualities.
The bottle looks stylish in the pictures, I like the somewhat feminine pump sprayers, which appear elegant and classic. The scent lasted a good 6-7 hours, which I consider very good for a fresh, cooling fragrance. I find it difficult to assess the sillage of geranium scents, but here it is somewhat more restrained due to the dampening, calming lavender.
Overall, a green geranium bomb that fans of the note should definitely try out.
