Disco Fever

You're wondering how I came up with the title?
Well, the scent smells just like my youth.
Especially the time when I was ready to go out and absorbed all the smells and lights of the new world that was revealing itself to me, like a sponge.
The new Donna smells of disco, of extravagant nights - infused with a lot of sweetness and, above all, alcohol. Vodka and Red Bull Peach and such things.

The fragrance is packed with the sweetness of vanilla and a lot of cream, along with a strong presence of orange blossom, and a powerful emphasis on peach. It actually reminds me of Classique by JPG. The scent itself is not bad and it conveys that certain something that embodies youthfulness and sweetness, but for me personally, it’s just too loud and far too heavy. Unfortunately, I also don’t like the bottle, as I absolutely do not prefer loud colors. It has a plastic impression, but maybe that was chosen on purpose since some are currently in a real barber frenzy. By the way - the scent would suit Barbie well.

But for those who want to trigger the disco fever within themselves and also reflect on their youthful years, this is the perfect choice. The scent is not too difficult to wear, there are no jumps at all. It is straightforwardly sweet and creamy. Nicely powdered, the peachy little bottom, with the powder layer lasting quite a while and the fragrance also having a filling sillage.

That's roughly what I expected you to describe.

That's not even as bad as I feared ;-) Still, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be my thing either.

It also reminds me of my old school and party days, even though there was no Red Bull Peach back then. The scent is loud, but somehow familiar to me, just "from the past." Speaking of drinks: back then, there was a wild fig liqueur and sparkling wine mix. Ugh, I couldn't drink that even back then!

Great review again! I'm going to skip this scent. I've already got my spot filled with Gucci Rush ;)

I didn't want to know anything about that in its incredibly ugly pink outfit, but then I read your description and thought of the old Classique and my youth... great🤣

I'm sure this is something a woman should treat herself to! Straightforward, with a clear focus on fun and adventure, and it’s well-received by the gentlemen for a great evening! Especially for the older crowd to reminisce about their youth and bring back some memories! Great suggestion and tip from you!

The bottle already looks like your description, probably too sweet for me.

Disco is great. Everything else sounds off-putting. It’s definitely going to be too sweet, too sticky, too powdery, too too... and too pink. EYE CANCER! So it’s going on my turn-off list. But for someone younger (or other active disco clubbers; for partying; who loves pink and Barbie + Ken), this could potentially be a signature scent.

Classique, you say? Then it might actually be something for me. But I’d have to hide the bottle; the color hurts my eyes. Or I could just paint it black or put it in some black lace.

Mandarin is attractive. Just lock the bottle away in your safe ;-)

Here we have the perfect scent for Mrs. Can. Everything is obviously spot on: the bottle color, the notes, and the image. Now we just need some Modern Talking! 🙈😂🙈😂
