What is the definition of madness!!!

Creating the same thing over and over again but always with a different result!

This time I’m dealing with Valentino Uomo Intense. The perfume was a blind buy. I bought it for the following reasons:
1 I wanted to try a modern scent from the 2010s (Normally, I prefer fragrances from the 80s and 90s)
2 I’m into vanilla scents.

And I must say I was not disappointed.

Let’s talk about the fragrance!
The top note alone is very dominant and intense with the mandarin and a hint of sage.
In the heart note, I perceive something chocolatey. Good milk chocolate.
In the base note, after the chocolatey scent, there’s some leather and a very well-measured and dominant (in a positive sense) vanilla.

Now let’s discuss the bottle!
A feast for the eyes. A real eye-catcher in the bathroom. A touch of retro but with elegance.

Longevity:
Very good, 8 - 9 hours on the skin. It lasts longer on clothing.

Conclusion;
An excellent perfume when dosed correctly. More suited for young people aged 16+ who want to stand out from the Paco Rabanne crowd. A scent that stays in memory. Suitable, as mentioned, when dosed correctly for almost all occasions.
For me, one of the best in its age group.

As my headline "What is the definition of madness" suggests, so many sweet fragrances are launched on the market these days, and one smells more modest than the other; Valentino Uomo Intense is an exception for me. While it is similar to many other fragrances, VUI is a class of its own.

Glad to have you in my collection, VUI.

Very nice comment. I really like the scent as well as the bottle. I find VUI even better than my similar Dior Homme Intense, which is also very good.
