A pleasant juniper-ginger fragrance for me
Today I wore a fragrance to work that I really liked. The "Palazzo Nobile - Casanova 2161 | Valmont" offers a lot of juniper - if you like that, you should take a sniff. It has a solid longevity of around 7 to 8 hours. I would describe the sillage as average.
The top note starts, as mentioned at the beginning, with plenty of juniper but also nice and fresh. There is also ginger and some grapefruit. The heart note smells greenish and spicy like juniper berries. I don't notice any iris or other floral notes. The base also lacks the vetiver that was mentioned in the fragrance pyramid. This makes me think of a rather synthetic version of a gin and tonic.
Even though there's not much going on here, I'm still satisfied. I just really like juniper. I find this fragrance more masculine than unisex. I would like to thank Osman for the manufacturer sample.
