I don't see this reflected in the main accords, but I think this is the most powdery scent I own. I'll also say that this might be the scent that got me to begin considering other powdery scents! I think the Victoria's Secret Bombshell line and also Heavenly really make that powder factor more pleasant and mature (because straight baby powder is godawful). This is also my favorite Bombshell flanker, followed by Summer 2017. I don't care for Beach, which smells like a public bathroom. Celebration is warmer and sweeter. I also swear up and down that I hate peony, but then I guess I'm a liar because it's apparently a big star in this fragrance. I think it's appropriate any season, day or night. It does not give "holiday spice" even though it was marketed as a holiday scent. It's more New Year's than Christmas, but I wear it to work all the time. A quick note on sillage: I wore this today and someone in the gas station store smelled amazing. Some dude was wearing Patchouli 24 or SOMETHING good. The woman who rang me up mentioned it and I was like "yes! that guy smelled amazing!" and she said "no yeah he smelled good, but now I can smell you and I really like that scent." Of course I was like "lol THANKS it's a dumb Victoria's Secret Bombshell fragrance," but I really do think it's better than the usual lineup. I think this basically demonstrated that we're not talking Le Labo levels of sillage, but that arms length sillage between me and that woman is where Celebration travels.
