Gold Collection - II is for me one of the fragrances that can describe the Orient and encapsulate it in a word. Resinous, shimmering gold, with a gentle touch of hot sand and, beyond that, a lot of spices that are sent like a raging wind through the desert. Wonderful! Additionally, there are multifaceted shadows that keep pushing through, as if they carry all the souls of this world on their shoulders.

Gold Collection begins with a delicate cloak of orange blossom. The scent feels warm from the very start, and soon the black and gold butterfly of the fragrance opens its wings. A gentle hint of desert swirls up and rises to the nose. A lovely note of saffron and pepper lingers drowsily within the scent, as if they only half belong. Vanilla is raised like a city in the middle of the desert. It appears plump and rich, yet releases its fine aromas very gently. Everything is golden and shimmering under the hot midday sun. The fragrance already makes an impact, even though only a few minutes have passed.

Over time, the scent becomes even warmer and more fluid. The orange blossom is so beautifully encapsulated in the fragrance that it evokes invigorating and happy dreams. Of soap bubbles. Of the setting sun. Of the good life. Wonderful!

It becomes truly resinous and creaky only when the heart is really pounding. At that point, Gold Collection unleashes its entire army and shows how strong it is. Above all, what power it possesses. For the scent captivates you. Not behind bars and locks. No, rather it is golden, silky sheets that envelop the warm body and gently lay it on the sand. One can hardly imagine a finer fabric on the skin. In between, there is only a light oily tone that makes the wearer and the scent find each other even more intimately. Some bleached rose petals also find their echo here, but they rather adorn than enrich this fragrance. The vanilla is far too strong, along with the orange blossom and the rather thick resin.

Towards the end, the fragrance reveals a lot of musk. It feels distinctly more intimate, sultry, and erotic. A beautiful connection is formed with the vanilla. The warmth rises further up to the neck. It pulses from all sides, and I feel a real warmth in my heart. This scent can embrace so deeply. What warmth that truly penetrates the body. Especially the feeling of being so enveloped and enclosed is a truly beautiful moment when one becomes one with the fragrance.
