Lily of the Valley and Flower Meadow

Lily of the Valley is quite a controversial fragrance note here. There was even a recent forum discussion about it. I clearly confess to being a fan of Lily of the Valley! Therefore, I have a whole battery of perfumes focusing on Lily of the Valley.
With "Lily of the Valley" by Yardley, however, you do not get a pure soliflore! If you are looking for "pure Lily of the Valley," I refer you to the perfume by Yves Rocher. Also, "Diorissimo" and "Lily of the Valley" by Penhaligon are more purist. Here, however, the Lily of the Valley is accompanied by "floral-green" fragrance notes that remind one of a freshly mown flower meadow or the scent aura of a flower shop. I have already encountered them in other perfumes from the Yardley brand, e.g., "Peony."
The longevity is unfortunately only moderate, but you can get a 125ml bottle online for little money - so plan on reapplying!

But beware! There is now a newer version from 2015, which is also listed separately here - and according to painful experiences from TIA1971, it apparently smells completely different. If you are looking for the version described here, you should pay attention to the green label, just like in the photos from Friedaherz and EvaK!. In the new version, the name is directly on the glass. Apparently, no perfume is safe from reformulations...
