shocking enthusiasm

Thanks to the sharing from Maggy4u, I had the pleasure of trying this fragrance. Thank you again for your effort!

The scent hits you almost unconscious at first. I was not prepared for so much unripe rhubarb. My favorite reaction was immediately "It smells like vomit!", 5 seconds later "... but good vomit"
That's one way to put it :)
The fragrance really starts off extremely "green" and "bitter". Slowly, a subtle fruity note comes in - probably the plum, but absolutely not sweet! Then a metallic note joins in. The ink! Very contrary, but it has something. If you hold on and give the perfume its time, you will later be rewarded with a beautiful smoky wood note. The slight sweetness from the date blends with the smoke and wood, pushing the rhubarb a bit into the background.

This perfume is something special. Definitely not a scent for every day or the office. A vibrant work of art that needs time to be understood.

I can really recommend a test to anyone who wants to try something "new", but a purchase only for true hardcore rhubarb fans.

Vomit? Are there good vomits too? :D Some scents are really a science of their own..... phew, I'm looking for the exit here....

Spot-on description… I didn't experience the "vomit" effect, but I definitely got overwhelming unripe rhubarb - that really hits the mark. It's definitely a work of fragrance art with an intriguing evolution. It needs time. And it's definitely a challenge.

Good vomit describes it pretty well. At least at the beginning. You have to give it some time. But then... it's an amazing scent!
