Yes, this fragrance develops very beautifully - the first few minutes are quite okay, but it's completely different from what comes next. In that sense, it's a scent that's a bit contradictory - initially quite peppery, and alongside the rose, which is actually present right away, there are also some fruity notes (rose can be fruity too), then it becomes softer, lingering for a long time in that rosy woodiness.
