Is it comparable to the SdE? I only see comparisons with 4711 here (which I definitely appreciate in the summer heat).

I think so too, a little bit. It's definitely much closer to SdE than to 4711. I perceive it as a sort of middle ground between Neroli SdE and Matin Blanc. A bit warmer and softer than the latter, but not quite as musky-nerolic as the former. Anyway, very nice.

As with the Neroli Secrets d'essences: one must not confuse real Neroli oil with the much lighter, more acidic, fresher absolute! That's why here, as with the SdE, there's the slightly muted Neroli note, which has nothing in common with the zesty absolute or the Bergamot-diluted Neroli notes of other O-flower fragrances.
