Jasmine+Basil = Basmine
This is like a stripped down, cleaner version of Fleur de Shanghai. It has less of the orange in the opening. But still with the Bergamot sparkle.
I love the more prominent Jasmine in this. But the basil like Clove note pokes through a little too much for my liking. Also has less of that Myrrh smokiness. Making it a more clean formulation. Shanghai is better though IMO as it's brighter, more tart and complex with the Orange, Patchouli and Myrrh. This leans more towards Bergamot, Jasmine and Clove.
