Whoever lets me down on bad days, I will forgo on good days! --> Lisa Zimmermann
Sport, xtreme, what else do I know. All these labels have been experiencing inflationary and sometimes annoying usage for about four or five years. This is the case with this offshoot of the otherwise good but also weak lhomme.
Unfortunately, I recognize nothing that makes me want to applaud. No, I bought this fragrance in a mood where I somehow thought of the good, new, excellent, to wear in over 30 degrees. Unfortunately, this is not the case at all. Now I have this bottle and find the synthetic flanker simply inappropriate. The father lhomme is somewhat similar to the Bottle from Boss. Also not really the egg of Columbus, but still wearable and acceptable. This Sport, however, in comparison to the Sports from Dior or Kenzo, simply falls short.
No Messieurs de Loreal, you have many better perfumes with style and charm, but this Sport is only male.
Unfortunately, the aldehydes are so dominant that the actual building blocks like bergamot or cedar are completely pushed aside. This remains the case even after a long duration. The scent unfortunately remains consistently uninspired and flat. From a design perspective, the presentation of the bottle is impressive. Still, it is always about the building blocks of a fragrance and not just the design.
Since I only know good fragrances from Loreal, I am very disappointed with this one and cannot understand how such an unfinished product could be brought to market. If something is not particularly good, even the best marketing is of no use. In marketing, one usually starts from the opinions or tests of consumers. This was probably somehow forgotten in the rush in Paris. Presumably, Monsieur Demachy from the other big fragrance manufacturer is so dominant that everything normal had to be thrown overboard in haste and fear.
I am eagerly waiting for a new fragrance surprise from Loreal, where I can once again be the first to sing a great hymn.
