I bought this scent initially loving the sweet, gourmand feel to is, as it is truly what I prefer in fragrances. What I ended up not liking was the patchouli note, and this perfume made me realize that I have a problem with patchouli in general, as when I seem to like a perfume but there is just something not quite completely right with it, it's probably patchouli.
On the other hand, my best friend loves patchouli, and seems to dislike the gourmand aspect of it. This fragrance is the best of both of us, combining our two preferences, really being This Is Us!. I ended up using half of the perfume, giving my friend the other half.
