Amber to Cry For
Hello hello and welcome to yet another, well, you know, just a comment. You’re probably getting used to this by now. I show up here, ramble endlessly about various things, complain about perfumes, talk about nerdy stuff, and eventually, if you’re lucky, I might get to the scent description :D
Today, we’re talking about the fragrance Ambré Noble by Zara. Before I introduce the scent, I’d better mention right away that this fragrance is from 2016, which means it might not even be available anymore… that’s often the case with Zara. Their fragrances seem to disappear from their boutiques quickly because they launch new scents every year, and 2016 was unfortunately quite a while ago… but I’m not sure about this, so no guarantee whether the fragrance is actually gone or not, just check for yourself if you’re interested :)
What else can be said about Zara? Well, for me, they belong to the fashion manufacturers that, alongside fashion, also create quite decent fragrances; there are many beautiful scents from Zara… most of which have probably been discontinued long ago, argh :D
Anyway, as mentioned, today we’re talking about Ambré Noble. And yes, it’s another men’s fragrance today, so you can’t say I only test women’s scents :)
**The Scent:**
The fragrance starts with sweet notes that turn out to be a mix of rose and honey, along with saffron, and maybe a hint of nutmeg, but I’m not so sure about that. In any case, the scent is warm, soft, and beautifully spicy-sweet.
A little later, the fragrance becomes somewhat more floral, although apart from the roses, it’s hard to say what other flowers you can smell here. It’s like with oriental fragrances, which tend to smell quite heavy and sweet, where you can mainly recognize the rose. Here too, as mentioned, you smell a lot of rose, along with a lot of sweetness that increasingly comes from the amber, but in my opinion, you can still perceive a decent portion of honey. And it’s a kind of spicy honey, similar to the Angel fragrances by Mugler.
In the base, the scent smells of warm amber, which radiates softly and comes across beautifully. The honey diminishes, the spices are no longer identifiable and simply serve as a nice addition to the overall scent. All in all, a very beautiful fragrance.
**The Sillage and Longevity:**
The sillage is good, but not as strong as expected. In any case, you will still be well noticed for a while with this fragrance. The longevity is also good, as the scent lasts about eight to ten hours, at least on my skin.
**The Bottle:**
There seem to be two bottles of this fragrance. One is a somewhat simpler design, which can be seen in the photos below, and is brownish-reddish with the Zara logo visible at the bottom. This one also has a nice bronze cap. Then there’s another brown bottle, which, however, is more elaborately designed with diamond-shaped or pyramidal patterns on the edge and the lower part of the bottle. The more elaborate one looks more luxurious and I like it much better.
**Conclusion:**
So, I think this fragrance belongs to the Zara scents that you might cry over if it’s truly no longer available :D
Because it really turned out very nicely and smells great right now for autumn with its oriental and somewhat heavier notes like amber, honey, and spices. The roses also make the scent noticeably more floral, at least at the beginning and in the heart. For me, the scent is, as I said, an autumn/winter fragrance and can be used both as an office scent (but then apply less) and for going out.
With oriental men’s fragrances, it might be that roses are often a main component of perfumes, but here you might think the scent is unisex, so it can definitely be worn by women as well. It might even suit women a bit better than men, who knows? But as I said, you get this impression more at the beginning and in the heart note; the base, for me, is again clearly more unisex. Which is probably irrelevant to you perfume lovers since you use all scents anyway, regardless of whether they are for women or men :D
We men have a significantly smaller selection of fragrances anyway, so stop using up our men’s scents, you sniffers! :D
In any case, Ambré Noble is a fragrance worth trying if you can find it at all, mu ha ha ha, go cry if it’s no longer available. But you don’t need to be too sad, as an alternative, you could reach for the somewhat softer flankers of the Angel line by Mugler, as they go in the same scent direction, even if this fragrance here should appear softer and not so extremely intense. In any case, Ambré Noble is one of the most beautiful Zara fragrances I’ve tested so far.
Well, that’s it again. Let me know if you spot the fragrance in a Zara boutique, or you can feel free to vent to me if I’ve piqued your interest and the fragrance is no longer available, because you always complain to me anyway, so I’m used to your whining :DD
So, have a nice evening, see you later :)

As far as I know, the Ambré Noble is actually no longer available, which is a shame because it was really quite good! My favorite among the Zara fragrances, some of which are definitely worth trying, is currently the "VETIVER PAMPLEMOUSSE."

Mugler? Then I think I'll run away. Although your description makes the base sound quite decent.
