Powdered Snow

As a woman, I am writing the first comment on this men's fragrance... so far, there have only been statements.

Apparently, this new perfume from Zara is rather controversial.

To me, it primarily comes across as fresh, especially at the beginning, even though hardly anyone seems to feel the same way. This freshness comes from the cardamom. Anyone who has ever opened a bag of the green pods (e.g., from the Asian market) knows this incomparable, almost camphor-like aroma.
Furthermore, I would have suspected iris due to a dry-powdery, slightly "carrot-like" note, even though it is not mentioned.
I perceive the leather note as rather subdued, although clearly detectable - here as light leather, not aged, old, spicy leather.
“Tiveden” strikes me as bright-woody, wintry, powdery-clean, but not creamy and not sweet in the slightest. It makes me think of sunshine and powdered snow - a winter walk (in "picture-book winter weather") or a ski slope...

Unfortunately, “Tiveden” lasts very poorly on my skin. After the lovely cardamom opening, I can soon only sense a subtle hint on my skin.

For me, the scent is primarily FRESH, at least right after spraying it on => cardamom cup.
