Highly Potent Synthetic from Chemical Waste
Bought blind, as Zara currently has fragrances on sale and it cost almost nothing. The notes promise a clean, fresh scent, minimally woody, described here on Parfumo as "synthetic."
I usually perceive synthetics as a rather modern note, somewhat piercing in fragrances, which makes them distinctive. Here, however, the synthetic aspect is unbearable and intolerable for me.
Normally, I just stay silent about fragrances I don't like, but I've never tried so hard to wash a scent off. An undefinable brew of - yes, what actually? No trace of salty notes or even musk and sandalwood. This smells like what you scrape out of the special trash can at the end of a long lab day, just before it eats a hole in it.
Ironically, longevity and sillage are on the higher side for a Zara fragrance; the stuff lingers unpleasantly in my nose even hours later. But maybe it's just me, my chemistry?
The bottle fell apart at first and the sprayer is a disaster. So much for that. I'm sorry to tear this fragrance apart here, but I'm a bit shocked...

Die Kappe zerlegt sich immer in zwei Teile, wenn ich sie abziehe und der Sprühkopr fällt auch dauernd ab.
