A 2-in-1 Libre dupe!
In my opinion Golden Decade sits right between the original Libre EDP and Libre Intense. I always liked the Intense version more, even though Libre EDP grew on me over the years, so this is an improvement to me.
The scent itself is mainly a mix of orange blossom, lavender and vanilla. This is not the herbal kind of lavender, but a very clean and fresh one that reminds me a bit of detergent powder - not necessarily in a bad way. The vanilla here is warmer and more buttery leaning than the one in Libre EDP, which I like. On the other hand I compared this to Libre Intense and Le Parfum (on paper blotters in stores) and found those to have a little more depth, as you'd hope for the higher price.
Libre always gave me a slightly androgynous CK One vibe - I know most people disagree, but anyways, I get that from Golden Decade, too. Unfortunately, my first real boyfriend wore that scent and I'm not all that fond of those weird teenage memories, so I wouldn't wear either and prefer the warmer flankers.
If you like Libre and don't want to spend a lot of money, definitely try this one. You can't go wrong with it and the vanilla base makes it better than the original. If you don't have a strict budget, I'd recommend Libre Intense or even Le Parfum over this, they're just so good.
