Does that match the whole packaging? But just a few minutes later, a deep, smoky, woody, fascinating counterpart unfolds. And this interplay between the two simply leaves a lot to be desired. You can definitely tell that the master Carbonnel had a hand in this. This complexity, but at the same time this lightness and harmony is simply fascinating.
What is even more fascinating is the longevity. 12+ hours on the skin and for days on clothes. I took a few days to test it out especially for this review. Because, let's be honest... a fragrance without performance can still smell good, it's half the battle.
For me personally, this fragrance embodies strength and elegance in perfect harmony. When I smell the fragrance, I imagine getting into a black Ferrari in a suit and driving through the night. A feeling that is priceless.
