I must preface this with stating that I'm not a fan of floral perfumes. Sometimes even actual blooming flowers smell way too cloying for me and give me a headache. Nevertheless a mega-flowery Adone is one of the best things I ever smelled.
The scent itself is a photorealistic bouquet with mostly roses, but lilies and geraniums are noticeable as well. Other notes serve an important purpose of making the scent feel green and fresh. It reminds me of a walk-in fridge in a flower shop. Flowers here aren't cloying at all - they're crisp and tender, you can almost feel the silky smooth petals under your fingers. The scent is rather linear changing very subtly from green bitter undertones to green fresh undertones with flowers front and centre all throughout.
The performance of this scent is nothing to complain about either. Stays on for the day, doesn't project too much, but being the most non-cloying of florals it's actually great. This is truly a masterpiece that'll please anyone no matter whether they like florals. Absolutely worth trying if you ever get a chance.
