Ylang-Oud Duet
The name could not have been more apt.
This perfume is a dance to two.... Oud (2 natural types) and Ylang.
The sweetness and creaminess of the Cambodian oud marries to perfection with an ambery and resinous touch of Benzoin and the whole is surrounded by white flowers (Jasmine Grandiflorum above all) with a touch of indolic, a touch of animalic (very little creamy and musky Civet) and the beautifully tropical and fresh Ylang. In the dry I feel a nice woody sandalwood emerging more, which is initially nicely hidden in the malgama and other floral dimensions.
