Tonka-vanilla-caramel-sweet-flower wonderful

I love love love love gourmand fragrances, especially when they drift in the tonka-vanilla direction. Temptation by Lola by ANIMA is a perfect example of this and glides on a sweet wave straight into the gourmand realm.
A light floral breeze envelops me opulently at the beginning of my first spray; I usually press the atomizer a few times, especially with drugstore fragrances. A little on the shirt, a touch on the neckline, a little on the shoulder and our journey together begins.
After a few minutes, the light, sweet, pleasant floral notes are joined by a soft, cozy tonka with a gentle vanilla note and a hint of fruitiness. I can't explain where this comes from, maybe my skin chemistry? And immediately afterwards, I smell the caramel note that the whole thing takes on. Still the finest gourmand, no cardboard sweetness, no sugar stickiness, simply round and gourmandly delicious.
And it gets spicier, the fragrance unfolds with accords of ambergris and musk, without any double whammy, without becoming vulgar, it simply rounds off into a more complex blend. A tiny hint of patchouli, not an incense aroma, lightly and delicately blends with caramel, vanilla, tonka bean and jasmine.
I am enveloped in a dance of fragrances, all of which I perceive at the same time and always individually.
After a few hours, a balsamic warm tone remains on my skin, I can still feel vanilla and tonka individually in it and a hint of amber rounded off with patchouli. Even the next day, I can smell the sweet, warm and delicious note on my shirt.
My conclusion: An affordable fragrance that can easily keep up with more expensive designer fragrances. A bargain that smells anything but cheap and is great fun if you like vanilla-gourmand fragrances!
My husband's verdict: Smells great, I really like you.

A very minimal association with Extreme Amber by Louis Varel comes to mind, even though EA is much more voluptuous in everything, the name says it all. Only the warm, soft, round, deliciously sensual note is very similar as soon as EA has cooled down a little on the skin.
