A Lacking Performance (On My Skin)

This marks the first installment of my LV Imagination dupe hunt. Marwa is the first contestant to be evaluated. I’m looking for three big boxes to check before I’ll commit to a full bottle: affordability, similarity, and beast mode projection. Marwa checks about 1.5 of these boxes.

It smells like Imagination. In the air. That classic tea scent is there. However, when you are smelling it up close on skin, it is not similar. Marwa has an artificial lemon drop/bathroom cleaner thing going on. Whereas Imagination smells like a breezy, citrus tea with fresh herbs up close. So, not identical, but close enough from a distance to fool a passing nose.

Now the real dealbreaker: Projection & Longevity.
For about 10–15 minutes, Marwa smells like generic toilet cleaner. Then it settles into something more wearable, more Imagination-esque. But sadly, it stays close to the skin after about 2 hours, and is pretty much gone by hour 4. I tested with 6 sprays and was not noticed. I used to be a “3-sprays max” kind of guy, but I’ve since seen the light. I want heads turning.

Is it affordable? Sure.
Does it smell nice? Absolutely.
But does it last? Not really.
And does it project? If you have a magnifying glass installed in your nostrils.

Marwa may be a decent dupe for the gym, but I’m not full-bottling this one. In the long run, it wasn't here to compete.

Same thought I bought this one as a blind buy and after few attempts i liked it, first one was for no, i did smell only the - not so nice opening- then couldn't smell anything. But projection and sillage do not exist. Only i can smell it - if i use a lot of it - surrounding do not feel anything. I'm surprised about that sillage and longevity score here, completely inaccurate
