Secret Garden Arquinesia

I am walking through a dreamy side street in Palma de Mallorca when I stop in front of a mysterious entrance. As soon as I step inside, I let myself drift as if through a small fragrance museum: from room to room, each with its own staging, pleasantly cool and a hint of a musty cellar in the air - but in the best sense, like a charming patina of past centuries.

At the end of the tour, I end up in a store that looks like an old pharmacy: dark wood, a little mysterious, a little timeless. I want to stay here. And this is exactly where I decide on Secret Garden.

The fragrance reflects exactly this atmosphere: it opens with this fine, slightly musty, cellar-like feeling - like the cool air in old walls. Then a fresh, soapy note creeps in, like freshly washed laundry drying in the sun. Finally, it becomes gently woody, never overpowering. Everything remains delicate, balanced and elegant.

The sillage is restrained, the longevity not a marathon performance - but that doesn't bother me. For me, Secret Garden is a fragrant reminder of those Mallorcan days in spring.
