Mabda Azya 2024

Mabda is one of the most exciting fragrances from the house. It starts fruity, zesty, and smoky. An opening that I have never smelled before. It has a very unique DNA and thus a high recognition value. What makes it so interesting for me is the combination of fruits and a smoky accord in the top note. Moving on, there is a beautiful bitter spiciness in the background, which blends with an oriental touch. This scent is certainly the result of the interplay between incense and rose, which is exactly as intended (see blog article on the fragrances). From time to time, the fruits from the top note stand out, which fit perfectly with the floral aspect of the rose and the smokiness of the incense. Towards the end, we get a sweet-resinous base that results from the interplay of tonka bean + vanilla combined with benzoin and amber.
