Self-confidence to spray on
Oh, I love this fragrance! Hmmm, or is it perhaps a little too masculine for me? Well - it is quite spicy. But it's also very creamy, and the fig makes it very elegant and somehow also attractive, androgynous, modern, special ... This fragrance definitely stands out, and I imagine an incredibly stylish, natural, beautiful woman with a long black coat, straight brown hair, dark, thick eyebrows and neat, very subtle make-up wearing it. I also don't know why this image of a woman pops into my head when I smell the fragrance. I don't correspond to this image at all myself, but I still like wearing the fragrance. However, I have to say that the fragrance seems to be perceived and interpreted very differently by those around me.
Yes, it's really strange. I've just sprayed the fragrance on and I can definitely detect a strong medicinal note at first, but it fades quite quickly. Due to its strong spicy component, which is now increasingly and quite loudly fighting its way into the foreground, the fragrance is right on the edge of masculine. However, its creaminess makes it appear softer again, so that it remains more on the feminine side. As soon as I spray on Gris Charnel, I definitely feel more self-confident. This fragrance is a booster for anyone who could use a little more confidence at work or anywhere else.
And when I wear it, I usually get compliments. People say something completely different to me than I would expect based on my perception, namely that it smells creamy, well-groomed and floral on me (), a bit like Nomade Jasmin Naturell. Nevertheless, this fragrance is very striking and lingers in the memory. In its perception, however, a little fragrance chameleon:).
Oh, and a little question for you: I recently had a customer whose scent reminded me of Gris Charnel, but he was wearing Eros by Versace. Have you ever noticed a certain similarity here, or am I imagining it?

I understand your feeling that it is on the borderline of masculine. The fragrance is beautiful and special, you would have gotten a compliment from me too "hmm you smell good" 😊
