A distinctive citrus blend, God of Fire sprayed into Rayhaan Azul
Drip No. 7 by Bujairami is a truly exciting fragrance. Looking at the fragrance pyramid and the listed notes, you might think it was another dupe of the Sospiro Vibrato or Bvlgari Tygar DNA. But Drip No. 7 has nothing to do with those.
The fragrance feels very complex and is of very good quality. Immediately after spraying, you get a strong citrus note. I assume this comes from the grapefruit. The ginger gives the fragrance a lift from the start, while in the background you can smell a very faint hint of blackcurrant.
The mango appears very quickly in the drydown, becoming quite prominent for a while and taking the lead as the fragrance’s main note. It is rounded out toward the end by a lovely blend of very soft woods, musk and amber. You can also just about make out a little moss - if moss really is supposed to smell like that.
Drip No. 7 is said to be reminiscent of Limonata by Narcotica, which I have never smelled myself. Personally, I think it’s a very successful fragrance. It gives me the impression that someone sprayed a generous amount of God of Fire (Vulcan Feu or Mango Ice) into Rayhaan Azul, then rounded it out with musk and amber.
