Mon Amour Câline 2021

I quickly stopped by the newly reopened dm this evening, and my first glance at the fragrances was at Mon Amour.
Recently, I received a sample of Alien Eau de Parfum in a swap letter I participated in. From the very first moment, I was in love with this beautiful scent, but I absolutely do not like the Alien bottle! So I searched for a similar fragrance and then came across Câline's Mon Amour.
I already own a few perfumes from Câline and have not been disappointed by any of them so far.
Barely back home, I had to put Mon Amour to the test right away, and ta-da..... the similarity to Alien Eau de Parfum is definitely undeniable, even though it is not as sweet as the original, which I attribute to the anise.
However, the black currant is very prominent in the top note.
The jasmine in the heart note remains very present throughout and gives the fragrance that certain something.
I also find that Mon Amour simply has more depth than Alien Eau de Parfum.

In my opinion, Mon Amour for just €6.45 is definitely a super good alternative to Alien Eau de Parfum, and the bottle is also much prettier!

Mon Amour you are definitely my (new great) love.
