Cinnamon perfume

This is my Favourite from this collection. Anyway It is totally different than what I thought It would be looking to the notes.
I almost cannot find the banana and the Violet as the opening and the main doration of the perfume is the Cinnamon the main noticeable note. To the dry down I can feel the tuberose and the musky/Woody/ambery background.
The longevity is good, more than 8 hours on skin.
It remind me a lot to perfumes like Megalium by Carner Barcelona.

not a banana-mama-bomb but a fine banana tart with cinnamon sprinkles...

2022, the first big vacation after the big C and we step onto the largest Canary Island for the first time - Gran Canaria. It’s March and the sun is already quite strong, although the shade still makes one shiver and it’s wise to have a light sweater draped over your shoulder, just in case. Cruising around the island in a rental car, we find ourselves in a little town located in the northwest, called Agaete. At that time, it was a very sleepy fishing village, nestled in a valley, surrounded by rugged mountain slopes and firmly in the grip of the crashing Atlantic waves. The village is just waking up from its winter slumber. The first taverns have opened hesitantly, although no one really wants to linger outside for long, as the wind and the low-hanging clouds don’t allow for a very inviting atmosphere. On one side of the street, a sign catches my eye: "Casa del Perfume Canario." The shop is small, with boxes of unpacked goods and furnishings everywhere. They must have just moved in... Hesitantly, I wander around the entrance area, feeling it might be inappropriate to burst in and sniff every bottle. But I can’t curb my curiosity, and my better half gives me a little nudge... and suddenly I’m in the shop. I start a conversation with the very lovely saleswoman and learn that today is her first day at work, and she doesn’t really know how each scent smells or what the differences are, let alone how the cash register works. Sweet and extremely sympathetic, she does her utmost to advise me in some way, more with gestures and a mix of English and Spanish, along with Google Translate... But still quite successfully, as I spent 45 minutes in the shop, giggling and sniffing through the selection... One fragrance candidate particularly captivated me.

Fragrance description:
Canaria is a very well-executed blend of the scent of bananas, cinnamon, violets, and citrus notes. It is a fresh and sweet fragrance that develops a delicate creaminess the longer you wear it on your skin. The citrus freshness at the start is not biting or sharp; it’s a fresh sea breeze blowing through lemon groves. A moment later, the sweetness of the banana joins in, and I can also detect a hint of cinnamon. The banana combined with the violet adds a tender sweetness. Cinnamon can be recognized subtly and very discreetly. It’s not a spice bomb, but rather a nuance that has something warming and enveloping about it. The fragrance does not undergo significant development. It is suitable for warmer temperatures; the hotter it gets, the better the entire fragrance bouquet unfolds. Bright golden sandalwood in the base rounds it off. Nestled in airy, fluffy clouds of musk, there were absolutely no doubts left about the purchasing decision.

Longevity: On me, it lasts a good 5-6 hours in summer.
Sillage: In the height of summer, when I wear it (about 5 sprays), there’s a little cloud with every movement, in the most pleasant way, which I find great.

Conclusion: It’s not too loud and not too quiet; it’s the right measure in midsummer. It never becomes annoying or exhausting. It surrounds and accompanies me, radiating optimism and pure joy of life without being shrill or squeaky. It brings a smile to my face because the scent of bananas is always something nice, right? Associations with childhood, carefree summer days, milkshakes and licking ice cream, sunglasses, flip-flops, and for a little hunger in between, mom always had a banana on hand, albeit with 1-2 small brown spots, but that didn’t detract from the sweet snack enjoyment.
A clear recommendation for all banana fans and sun worshippers who want to try something different at temperatures above 36°C.
