That's it. The search for a perfect tropical summer fragrance is over, and for me, it's definitely 86.41. It's exactly what tropical vacation deems to be - all fun, no grit.
It's a fruit bomb, juicy, sweet and ever so slightly synthetic in a good way, like carbonated soda. It's borderline gourmand at how good the fruits are represented. It goes from a juicy fruit punch, to slightly limey and then finally a bit of fresh pineapple. It lasts for a day at least and projects heavily.
It is indeed a very heavy scent, you can feel the pulp in your mouth, juice dripping from your chin. It's not intense like San Diego, but still a lot to take in. Therefore I'd advise caution, if sweet fruity scents aren't your thing - it may feel too cloying and over-the-top. But if you're looking for the most tropical scent ever, don't sleep on that one!
