N°4's dark-spicy top note,
transforms into a cola accord
a floral bouquet cascades onto
dry-woody oud woods
sweet vanilla takes over

The *new* Ensars are - with a few exceptions - a topic of their own. After two sometimes beautiful years of testing, I'm almost completely out. This one tells me: rightly so!

Unfortunately, I can't really chime in yet. The world of essential oils is still very, very new to me, and I first need to get a basic understanding. So far, I like some of them.

Sometimes I smell cola in myrrh scents...

Myrrh is missing here, but there's still the cola😁

Cola-vanilla isn't really my taste, but the whole combination seems quite interesting...

I would find a cola accord difficult.

So far, I've only really liked it with Enigma pH.

I think there's too much going on for me.

There's really a lot going on here... very complex except for the ending.

Cola doesn't need to be a scent...

It's not really my favorite accord either...

I didn't really like the cola impression in Atlantic Ambergris 2, although it wasn't as strong as I expected based on other reviews. But here, there's also a sweet vanilla added, which is definitely not my kind of scent, so I already know this fragrance probably won't appeal to me much either.

I'm unsure how thin the line is between not liking the cola note and finding it acceptable...

That wouldn't be for me just because of the cola.

I don't need it either. But testing is always an option :-)

You just have to like cola notes. I agree with you on that.

Beautifully detailed description from you, but it doesn't always match everyone's taste :) Let's keep going...

At first, I thought, "What's all the fuss about?" but as the hours went by, it got sweeter... I didn't really like that everything was just overwhelmed. :-D

Hmm, cola is found in some forest scents...

The forest is definitely missing from the cola here! :-D

At some point, it gets a bit boring because you only really notice the vanilla.

N°4, or the four ingredients that create the cola opening. "Dark-spicy" describes it quite well. The cola accord lasts quite a while. The floral bouquet seems a bit dull, as if it lacks the strength to stand out. It gets overshadowed too quickly for my taste. The ouds create a pleasant dry-woody base and make N°4 seem quite exciting for a moment. Unfortunately, the mentioned vanilla kicks in and takes over almost everything. The vanilla is very sweet and, in my opinion, overshadows the other lingering notes too much. I won't judge how well the fragrance is made, but I think it doesn't suit my taste.
