*This one requires a tolerance or preference for ambergris, as it comes through right from the start and quite a bit. It starts off sweet-floral and fresh with a sour note that doesn't sit well with me. Later, it gets darker and smokier, probably with oud. The typical spicy character of ambergris, like tobacco and hay, can be nicely detected here, paired with a salty and slightly fishy marine note. In the end, it becomes a bit smoother with Peru balsam and Mysore. Not an easy fragrance, but interesting.*
