With a green-fresh Oud breath
Through clean-white exotic flowers in Tahiti

Gently settles on buttery woods

I was actually skeptical about pineapple and apple at first :-) Iris butter always makes my fragrance heart melt.

It sounded so interesting that I just checked out the Ensar site... Jesus, Mary, and Joseph... Phew... I quickly zipped away from there! ;D

My favorite Ensar so far, but the price is crazy.

The way you describe it - beautifully - sounds great. Definitely going on the wishlist.

Sounds really, really great. However, I have a block when it comes to oud...

Narcotic honey sounds tempting - and you give it a 9... hmmmm... but the bad word right in the first line... hmmmm...

The oud is quite mild and not animalistic :-)

I'm afraid of apple, pear, and pineapple. But I love gardenia & oud!!

I would have preferred it rough and leathery 😉

That you rated it a 9 says a lot, especially for an Ensar 😃
I'm curious to see how it turns out! :D

Gardenia and oud? Do they go together?

Yes, the oud is very ethereal and has a hint of something minty, but in a very natural and delicate way.

I meant to write mint, not oud 🙈

The essential oils all have something special, but they are quite expensive too :))

Sounds really good, even though I personally prefer EOs that are a bit more edgy.

I can totally understand. As a neo-ensartester, I usually prefer something like this :-)

I wouldn't agree that it's easy to wear. The Tahitian Gardénia belongs to the Gardénia line, which is floral and light. But there are also many that are leathery, animalic, spicy, and rough.

If the Oud Sultani Terengganu works out, I'll send over a sample. It's a lovely mix of floral and slightly animalistic.

I prefer floral scents like this over the rougher ones. There's something beautifully appealing in the base.
But the long-time Ensar fans might not be completely convinced.

Minzy Oud scent... I definitely won't like it :))

But just lightly, not strong :-) more of a green-bitter floral freshness with a minty association.

*builds on the newer fragrances from the house, which are lighter and far removed from the rough leather scents of the first generation.
A powdery-floral scent with minty-woody freshness. It feels clean and cool with a bouquet of white flowers. The fruits are not juicy-sweet but rather like dry fruit powder. It becomes slightly creamy with iris butter & sandalwood.
Thanks to Matze8338 for the testing opportunity!

Towards the end, a somewhat narcotic honey note comes through.
