Nice that you like it so much. The top notes don't really appeal to me, and the rest of the description doesn't quite win me over either, except for the flowers. In the end, it's probably for the best; it saves some money.
If you're not directly addressed by this scent, it probably won't be for you. The top note and everything else, along with the flowers, are just too prominent. But as you said, especially with a fragrance like this one, you save a lot of money.
Right at the beginning, the Oud flashes briefly but is quickly overshadowed by the fruits. It's a very balanced mix of authentic apples, pears, and pineapple. Now that's a fruity top note. Wow. The white flowers show up relatively quickly, radiating bright, soft, and clean floral facets. Iris butter as you know it, warm-soft, buttery-creamy. Together with the sandalwood, it creates a very creamy base that even has a hint of coconut. The Borneo Oud plays wonderfully in the background, bringing woody-minty facets with it. The Borneo Oud is rather subtle and doesn't want to take center stage.
The Tahitian Gardénia Borneo 3000 is definitely light (without having a poor sillage), smooth without any rough edges, free from animalic notes, and something completely different from EO. I really like it, especially because I enjoy fruity and floral combinations with Oud. For me, it's one of the most beautiful Ensar releases so far.
Such a great scent. But the price is brutal.
Thank you, dear Maren!

...could be something I like.
