I ordered the scent as a winter fragrance a few months ago. I expected a freshly brewed coffee with a juicy note of milk and caramel added. However, when I tested it for the first time, I was more than bitterly disappointed. The scent: piercing and biting. Totally unpleasant, to the point where my stomach turned. I was so looking forward to my new gourmand and then this. The coffee was hardly recognizable, at best a synthetic imitation of coffee that had been sitting in the sun for too long. And now I have stored the scent away. Just written off. Now, after about two months, I tried it again. And lo and behold: coffee, caramel. I immediately felt the urge to wear it. And I am not pregnant, so I don't believe my sense of smell has changed. Rather, the scent has. Maybe it needed to marinate?? What do I know, anyway, this biting note is gone, and finally, you can smell the underlying facets. It gets another chance with me.
