Stony black earth still swallows the bitter cry. Does not want to give up the night, murmurs sleepily. But something pushes and pushes, wants to get outside, wants to unfold, breaks layer by layer, strives tirelessly towards the light. It pushes tiny leaf tips that turn a delicate green as soon as the sun notices them, grows and becomes stronger, soaks up every drop of dew blissfully and finally blossoms completely in forgotten splendor. Faces approach, voices whisper softly, move away at a relaxed pace...

Every year they are a miracle for me, the first heralds of spring.
The garden of my childhood days had a crocus meadow. There was nothing more beautiful! The fragrance itself is woody, warm, slightly smoky with wonderfully delicate, very subtle floral hints.
