I tested the EdP (see my photo): the citrusy opening lasts only a very short time for me; I can't perceive any cool freshness or vegetable notes. For me, it's more of an evening scent with a wonderful balsamic, woody base with (unsweetened) vanilla. My impression aligns more with the statements from @Yatagan and @Stulle.
