A quiet fresh woody perfume
I bought this flask recently in my search for a signature day-to-day perfume and have completely fallen in love with the scent. It has a zingy, green and fresh top with juniper, cinnamon leaf and some added resin. The base notes are soft but regardless give the scent a good foundation. The spicy notes disappear on my skin, as they often do, but as the scent settles the spruce bark, cinnamon and sandalwood give an irresistable creaminess and woodiness that balances the scent very well.
The scent doesn't have super big fluctuations as almost all notes are present throughout the wear. This might make it boring for some, but I prefer it that way. It also is VERY intimate if you don't spray a lot and will quiet down very fast regardless. It does last 8+ hours, although it is very soft by that point. This gives me that fresh, woodsy and creamy scent that I have been searching for. I simply adore it.
