This damn gardener

It's so easy not to like him. He's not very intelligent, works too slowly, and giggles at his own jokes (which are usually a bit childish). But when you sit down over a beer after work is done, you quickly realize that he may not be the brightest candle on the cake, but he's always hardworking, doing his best, and sometimes you actually catch yourself smiling at his childish jokes.
#001 Gardener is a fresh fragrance that doesn't take itself too seriously. Grapefruit and mint make the beginning. And where does this apple come from? Not a juicy, green apple, rather an apple fruit gum from the booth. But pleases me very well.
Quickly join then also woods and patchouli. Somewhere in between galbanum, which shifts this composition from the fruity to the green.

The scent progression is relatively linear, but towards the end, the Dutchman becomes increasingly woody and almost a bit creamy. The gardener theme was hit here in any case perfectly. I was also very taken with the spray head. He mists the content superfine on the skin, which has almost something of a refreshing summer rain.
While the sillage is good average, the durability really surprised me positively - only after 10 hours he slowly ran out of breath. For me, a perfect fragrance for spring and summer, provided you can handle the synthetics. In the end, the only thing that bothers me is that it could have quietly had a few rough edges. He also holds no surprises, so you get exactly what you have quickly sniffed in the perfumery. Is perhaps also quite nice.
