“The two girls grew up at the edge of the ocean and knew it was paradise, and better than Eden, which was only a garden.” - Eve Babitz

Very interesting, this effect that Calone has. I've never smelled such a bergamot, mineral, almost reminiscent of lime, along with a bright, white floral note, more like lily of the valley and wild meadow flowers, but subtly behind the lime and delicate salt, the bergamot is emphasized in its acidity, as if one had made a bergamot caipirinha with the Baywatch guys. Does it all come across as natural? No, not really. But it’s quite amusing and not biting or overly chemical, it stays within limits.

After a short while, maybe 10 minutes, I might take that back. Welcome to lime soda powder, poured into a saltwater pool with a bit of foam on top.
I mean, I understand how the green citrus notes and these aquatic scents are supposed to evoke the sea (although the lifeguard will also awaken something sweet and artificial in some minds), but with each passing moment, it reminds me more of a new candy from childhood, which I also like in its own way. :')
Shortly after, the cardamom subtly joins in, I must admit it fits in well, with its green sweetness, it stitches the package together a bit, making it seem less unusual. Slightly artificial-mineral sea spray & lime, candied green citrus, and sweet-creamy cardamom.

After 1.5 hours not much has changed, it has just become a bit weaker, frankincense and labdanum are only very, very subtly integrated in the background, rather evoking the impression of fresh driftwood on the beach and a campfire that extinguished ages ago.

For the rest of the time, it remains fresh aquatic, slightly mineral, but without the citrus from the start, a hint of cotton candy is also felt to be present, without becoming too sweet.
