Good, but somewhat unpleasant association
More wearable than one would expect! Distinct notes can be discerned, but it’s not unbalanced.
A slight sharpness from plastic and ginger (in the opening), powdery from matcha and iris, earthy-moist microorganisms like fungi and skin through musk. Quite subtly sweet-creamy. Probably due to the sandalwood, which is quite pronounced in this fragrance.
Now for my less favorable association:
Old manual toothbrush in a plastic cup. At the bottom, deposits of an organic mixture of sweet menthol toothpaste (ginger + matcha + sandalwood) and old saliva (musk, fungus, rice residue). Partially dried out (iris, concrete).
Yes, as it always is with me, once the association has forced its way in, it’s impossible to shake off.. Very unfortunate, because the perception becomes much more simplistic: The brain jumps directly to this association instead of considering the individual components.
I would appreciate a discussion if anyone else has had a sniff of this.
