So sexy and different
Never had orange and rose in a perfume like this. I absolutely love the story (based on Casanova so you know it's going to be sexy!) and all the notes from the story comes through in the final smell profile but somehow don't fight for attention either, really well balanced. The leather and subtle animal notes (apparently he wore leather pants dipped in rose water and civet - imagine!) melt in perfectly with the orange (keeps it from being too clingy) and when it settles you can really appreciate the other quite unique notes like the beeswax and cognac. I'm obsessed. Would definitely want to smell it on a man as well as on myself.
