ethically i do not endorse any of the kardashians but i cannot deny this is probably the best honey perfume ive personally smelled (getting it secondhand>>). its a beautiful honey floral that balances soapy clean white florals with that rich, waxy almost sensual honey scent. a perfect sunny day and made for people who love a summer breeze and indulgent snacks to accompany them. lana del reys honeymoon in a bottle.
when put together with bouron frenchs' perfume of paradise never did i think i could wear something that smells too sexy but theres a first time for everything! pure honey is already a rich, think, wavy honey scent. its not your marc jacobs this is cracking open the hive and chewing on the comb. perfume of paradise is a beloved scent of mine thats nothing but rich white flowers. some say church flowers and i get that, given that this perfume is made in new orleans that may have something to do with its overall vibe.
combined it creates this really carnal scent. both have a slight greenness to them--pure honey moreso-- and the lush, damp florals of POP blends well with the sticky honeycomb of PH. wear this in the humid south. wear this in nothing but a rain damp sundress. wear this on tanned skin and sweat sticky skin.
simply intoxicating.
