Fortunately, you're not an "Angel"
The scent starts fresh and almost citrusy (no idea where that comes from). For me, the pear clearly dominates the top note while I don't notice much of the black rose.
It doesn't take long before a beautiful soft vanilla orchid becomes noticeable. It lingers for a few hours as well.
At first, I had my doubts about the base... Patchouli and praline, if that doesn't scream Mugler's Angel... but fortunately, I was proven wrong. The lychee adds a fruity touch and is the dominant part. I only perceive the papyrus and incense on the sidelines.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the similarity to La Nuit Tresor L`Eau de Parfum at this time because I haven't had it under my nose yet.
Unfortunately, they could have improved the longevity and sillage a bit (although we are already in the higher mid-range here). However, this might also be because I tested a manufacturer sample, and they are generally a bit stingier with the spray head than a bottle. At this point, I would like to thank Hildchen63, as I was able to test this scent through her traveling letter.
