A Men's Fragrance or Rather Unisex?

This is my first review of a "men's fragrance."

At least that's how it's categorized here. Other houses/brands have clearly stamped the Unisex label on it, because that's exactly what it is to my nose. A lovely cozy scent for the cooler and wetter days (I blame the cinnamon for that).

The top note starts off fruity with grapefruit for a few minutes, but that doesn't last long. The pepper is rather subtle, as is the bergamot. We quickly find ourselves in the cinnamon heart note. No trace of chili for me. Saffron peeks around the corner briefly but then prefers to disappear again. Tobacco and leather create a nice and well-executed finish.

I find the scent quite suitable for everyday wear (though not exactly for sports)

Unfortunately, they could have improved the longevity and sillage a bit (although we are already in the higher middle range here). However, this might also be because I tested a manufacturer sample, and those are generally a bit stingier with the spray head than a bottle. At this point, I would like to thank Hildchen63, as I was able to test this fragrance through her traveling letter.

"Everyday suitable describes it well, cozy unisex."

I find this whole male-female labeling quite outdated in today's world anyway ;-)
