A journey through a deep forest

The first spray struck me like an unexpected chord: warm, bright, and strangely familiar, yet entirely new. It was as though I had pressed my face against a piece of wood, its grain soaked in a mysterious liquid where citrus seemed woven into its very DNA. A soft sweetness floated alongside, but not the sugar-coated kind; this sweetness had roots, as if it had blossomed from the heart of a flower or the sap of a living stem.

For the first hour, it danced on my skin with that lively citrus glow. the, slowly, it began to shift. The sweetness dimmed, and cedarwood stepped forward, carrying with it the fresh, almost dewy scent of roses just cut from their stems.

By the time the fragrance settled, it had transformed entirely. Vetiver rose from the base like dry grass after rain, entwined with the deep green shadows of oakmoss. Vanilla whispered in the background: subtle, restrained, not the quiet, raw scent of the vanilla pod itself, still clinging to the earth that nourished it.

It is a journey that begins with light, passes through wood and bloom, and ends where soil meets the sky.
