When I hear "smoky-aquatic," I immediately perk up. I can't help but think of Filippo Sorcinelli. I don't know the brand Le Frag, but there are definitely a few that could interest me. Nice state!

Meluzyna is a difficult/controversial/translucent scent. My first thought was its similarity to Sea Angel (Meluzyna is more perforated, less overwhelming).
Smoke, algae, and pine/tip of the fir set the tone.
It feels like a day at the misty sea, where the water is never completely clean.
There's something melancholic/surreal that reminds me of the canals of Venice.
Wrapped in smoke/ash/fog.
Also like the view from the top of a mountain on a not-so-clear day.
As for the smoky notes - on me, there's a hint of shiny/leathery scale shimmer, akin to a smoked mackerel :) Shell limestone or a long-extinguished campfire on the beach. Spicy streaks of nutmeg/sage/mint chords ground this wistful scent whale echo sounder (intentionally uneven, never pleasing :) good so.

you can't see them in the dark.
Words like a tsunami.
Forest-smoke-cumin-maritime.
But definitely intriguing.
