For a fragrance with fleeting notes, I gotta give it to her, this one lasts a long time on the skin. Fresh, citrusy goodness opens this fragrance up. Blackcurrant is underneath, giving it a tart almost puckering feeling. Doesn't take long before rose rises up: it's fresh, sweet and young just like rosewater. I sometimes got a whiff of something green threaded through the rose which might be the matcha, but I'd never be able to call it out without seeing the notes.
All in all, it's something that has already been done, but it has a little something in it that might appeal to many. My boyfriend did mention that the start smelled like insect repellent, but I didn't get that from the fragrance. I won't be going for a full bottle since I'm not that much of a rose girl, but among all the citrusy/rose fragrances out there, I do have to commend this one for the lovely longevity it has on my skin!
