Do you know roughly what the price was for this? Honestly, it doesn't sound bad to me, but depending on the price point, it might be too simplistic and mainstream for me.
It's a shame for me when the most expensive and potentially beautiful and complex notes (amber & oud) come across as the least dosed, and I mainly perceive vanilla with sandalwood in the base for several hours.
For me, it's primarily a vanilla-tobacco scent with sandalwood and a hint of amber. The sweet, creamy notes (vanilla, ylang-ylang, tonka bean, and sandalwood) are the number one issue for me, as I'm very sensitive to sweetness and creaminess. The tobacco comes through nicely, a bit dry but also sharp and liqueur-fruity.
Unfortunately, the oud barely makes an appearance; there's much more sandalwood in the base (glue-like, airy, and creamy-sweet with the rest). Behind that, the amber is calm, a bit mineral and sweet, most noticeable in the top notes.
They should really make a V2 without the vanilla cream, lower the price and the limited edition, and increase the amber-oud dose to make it worthwhile... What a shame!
When I factor in the issue and the price, I unfortunately end up with a mediocre rating (6 points).
Well, every skin and opinion is just so different and subjective, right? 😅

If I want a lot of tobacco with oud in a natural way, I'd rather get Teone Reinthal's Cuir et Tabac.
If I want a really good natural tobacco scent, I'd prefer Sultan Pasha's Tabac Grande.
And when I know a good tobacco scent doesn't have to be overpriced, I'll go for Tom Ford's Tobacco Oud. Looking at my thoughts on these four fragrances, I realize that Tom Ford is just slightly below Teone & Pasha, and clearly above this one, as it's not as creamy-sweet. Ultimately, if I include PL, Tom Ford wins by a landslide. They all share similar scent characteristics and notes: tobacco, sandalwood, “oud,” … 🤷🏻♂️
And it's an amber-tobacco scent. Oud is often listed at LT, but mostly just as a supporting note ✌️
